Margaret’s

Waterfront Custom Home - Pickering Passage, Shelton, WA | Mason County

Margaret’s waterfront custom home on Pickering Passage in Shelton was designed to make the most of its wooded shoreline setting, with a broad deck and a covered lower patio that extend daily living toward the water. A warm wood front door with stained-glass panels creates a distinctive welcome at the entry, setting the tone for the home’s detailed craftsmanship. Inside, a white kitchen with stainless appliances and a richly patterned granite island anchors the main level, while warm wood flooring carries through the light-filled living spaces. Custom stairs crafted from glue-laminated beams create a distinctive architectural detail and connect the home’s levels. A finished lower-level flex space with polished concrete floors adds versatile room for relaxing, gathering, or recreation. Together, these details reflect our ability to build high-quality, custom waterfront homes that respond to both the landscape and the way our clients live throughout the Pacific Northwest.
