Lake Limerick Custom Home Rebuild - Shelton, WA | Mason County
After removing the original home, we created a new custom lakefront home for Amy and Phyllis on Lake Limerick in Shelton, Washington. This Pacific Northwest home was designed to make the most of its waterfront setting, with a covered lake-facing deck, warm wood details, open living spaces, and large windows connecting the interior to the outdoors. Inside, the home features a custom kitchen with sage green cabinetry and light stone-look countertops, a stone fireplace with a rustic wood mantel, a blue-tile steam shower, and a finished lower-level recreation area. One especially meaningful detail is the wooden interior door that we refinished for Amy and Phyllis and incorporated into the finished build, preserving a piece of the home’s story within a completely new lakefront space.
